The Rough Riders are definately the team to be watched. They, the Rough Riders, are a team NOBODY saw coming last year when they made it all the way to the championship. They have definately added alot of pitching and defense this off season and I see them making it once again to the championship and winning it!! This team is well put together and well managed. The Rough Riders are a perfect example of a sleeping Giant!!!
I hear the Clippers added some studs, The Flava are the defending champ and got stronger, lots of buzz about Rockies, Yankees are loaded I hear, Red Sox too..... Its gonna be fun

sooooooooo....... after what i saw AND was fortunate to be a part of today in my first two games with my team THE PADRES(Soon to change names)..a double tie with the Express..good games....its only a matter of time other teams learn who and more importantly what we are..we came up winners even though we didnt get the W, but we proved alot to ourselves and hopefully some others too......and this whole thing with single and triple A....what are we a bunch of battteries?....lets play ball!!!!!!!!!!!! big up capitan!!!!!!!and my whole squad!!!!!proud to ball with ya!
Skyline is a definet contender... the line up is good from 1 to 15, we all contribute. There are alot of weapons on this team.... Pitcher H. Cartagena with a complete game performance. He is finally healthy and also j.Baez who put up 5 1/3 inn... If you aint know skyline is making it happend

Whoever, made this post about giving money away to Championship team winners is absolutely insane! First off, please do your research for what KILLS good leagues....MONEY! Stay away from any cash give aways. I also don't like the thought of teams getting free rides the following year because they "WON" it all. I certainly don't want my money going towards paying for another team! Instead, I would rather the league invest the extra funds in things that benefits the league as a whole. I would love for the league to secure more fields in the BRONX and possibly Manhattan. I would also would want a DUAL ALL-STAR game (SingleA & Double A) @ well know facility. I would also want to have all the playoff games of TOP Fields and ALL the CHAMPIONSHIP games played at a top known field.
I am not going to forget the championship teams and the runner-ups. A package deal should be awarded for them such as team jackets for the winners and maybe equipment for the losers. The awards should be nominal. The bottom line is this, WE ALL PAID for an ENJOYABLE season regardless of our final records. So as long as we have great fields, AWESOME ALL-STAR games and Great Championship locations...I'm happy. Now, if the league wants to take it to a higher level...lets start getting more time for games. Perhaps 8 hour time slots...for 2 9-inning double-headers. Also, let work on getting umpires fees included in the league fees too. I could go on with more Ideas but I'll stop for now. I think the league has done a great job with the placement of teams and playing level. Like I stated before...we PAY FOR THE REGULAR SEASON not the POST Season.

Your time has run out, this league is too much for you guys, you guys use cheating as the essence of your victories and apparently "the young and energetic team exposed that last week". As for our stats don't worry about our worry about urs they are going up,just a lil hold up Ok ok the skyline has been on a good run, the only reason they beat us was because we were missing all of our real players. We showed up to the field with 10 players strong and managed to score runs on this great pitching staff the league claims they have we held there to biggest hitters(m.tejada and j.baez) to what a total of maybe 4 hits in 13 at bats. Peter gamons said watch out for melvin tejada and we did he went 2-4 in game 1 and 0-3 in game 2 trust us we knew how to handle him and now this week he claiming h.cartagena to watch out for please, this team is overated and next month we will expose them in there home same team and same 2 players nothing changed but the competion. And we are here to stay next month we coming with a full roster..cheaters haaa we will see

I OVER HEARD AT A GAME ONCE THAT THE ELMJACK BLUE JAYS HAVE AN EXTREMELY YOUNG PLAYER (THIS YR HE IS 18YRS OLD) AND PLAYED ON THE TEAM LAST SEASON AS WELL...I COULD HAVE SWORN THE AGE WAS 19+. THIS SHOULD BE CHECKED OUT!!!

The Clippers basically have Jake Peavy in Tobin Whitman. Closest thing you can get to an automatic win. They need an AAA division for that guy.
